Tracy uses a variety of counseling techniques depending on the needs of the particular family or person. This may include, but is not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, family systems theory, trauma reprocessing, solution focused, relaxation training, insight-oriented, and parenting skills training. She will make every effort to tailor the therapy to fit your needs and to involve you in treatment decisions.
Tracy has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She is experienced in diagnosing and treating early childhood disorders, bipolar disorders, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders, depressive disorders, trauma and stress-related disorders, disruptive, impulsive, and conduct disorders.
